Our Approach
We strongly believe that if any Standard is to work in any organisation, the people involved in that organisation must feel that they have ownership of the programmes. With that in mind, we adapt our programmes to meet the culture and aspirations of each organisation we deal with, encouraging their staff to fully participate at every step of the process.
Representative of the Standards we can help you obtain or maintain are:

- ISO 9001: 2015 Standard Management Systems
- ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management Systems
- OHSAS 18001: 2007 Occupational Health & Safety Assessment Series
- ISO 45001: 2017 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems
- ISO 22000: 2005 Food Safety Management Systems
- ISO 17025: 2005 Calibration Laboratory Management Systems

Our 6 step approach to obtaining the desired certification
STEP l: Standard Review:
The Standard Review is undertaken to set a benchmark to measure future progress against and to identify Standard Management Systems that may need to be put in place. This allows the development of your Standard programme and identifies Standard objectives and targets. Educate Staff.
STEP II: Develop Documentation System:
Put systems and records in place that are required under the Standard, ensuring that all appropriate records and procedures are understood, in place and functioning prior to the external audit. This includes writing the appropriate Standard Manual.
STEP lll: Internal Compliance Audits (1 Audit):
This involves the carrying out of one internal compliance audit and educating one of your staff to be aware of the requirements of future internal audits.
STEP IV: Advice on the Appropriate Standard:
These hours are available in 4 hour blocks, to consult on a regular basis or on an as needed basis over the time period required to get you to certification stage. The consulting will cover advice on the interpretation of the Standard’s clauses. It will also cover manual format and design, assistance with work-sheets, Standard Operating Procedures and flow-charting.
STEP V: Management Review Meeting:
This meeting is required under each standard prior to the External Audit for management to assess the effectiveness of their implementation of the Standards and to assess if any additional work is needed prior to the external audit.
STEP Vl: Staff Awareness:
Ensure all staff are aware of the Standard’s policies and procedures and how they are to implement them within their current activities.
